If you're passionate about underwriting and ready to make a real impact, we want to hear from you!What you'll be doing:As Senior Fleet Underwriter you'll help drive and transform how we partner our broker portfolios, through responsive, flexible, and collaborative relationships. With a strong balance of technical and trading capability, you'll be empowered to make decisions, supported by data, insight, and decision support tools on mobile technology to succeed. You'll be focused on developing and delivering profitable growth, through our existing book of business, as well as contributing to the acquisition of new business.Underwrite existing Mid-Market business profitably, accurately, consistently and in line with established underwriting practices, using the full range of tools available.Build trading relationships with brokers, through visits and large case liaison, to maximise financial results and to generate pipeline new business opportunities.Contribute to meetings with brokers and end customers to portray AXA capabilities and secure new business opportunities.What's in it for you:We'll equip you with the technical skills for tomorrow: It's our job to support you in becoming an expert who has ownership over their work. You'll work at least 60% of your week away from home, at our office locations in Reading or Southampton, visiting clients or attending industry events.
