This role offers hybrid working options and exceptional progression opportunities.ResponsibilitiesFull Budgeting and Forecasting processMonitor and communicate budget performance vs current targets.Review and challenge assumptions where appropriate.Work with stakeholders on scenario modelling and sensitivity analysisProvide valuable and timely performance analysis, insight and reporting to senior stakeholders.Collaborate with other teams to understand divisional results, for both Head office and EU basis (e.g. costs, margins, profit by customer) and recommend improvement opportunities.Ensure key business performance risks, issues and opportunities are highlighted, interpreting financial results to enable the business to make key decisions and achieve targets.Work with Business Operations, so that root causes of issues are fully understood and recommendations proposed to improve performance and control.Provide insight regarding budget, including monitoring KPIs between branches.Motivate, develop and manage the 1 direct report.Continually Improve Systems and ProcessesAssist Manager in developing efficiencies in current processes and reporting structuresQualificationsQualified accountant - CIMA/ACCA/ACAMust be adaptable and resilient.Someone who is keen to thrive within a large EU environmentPrevious FP&A experienceExcellent communications skillsProven ability to tell a story through the numbers.SAP, ERP software and advanced Excel skills are highly desirable.By applying you will be registered as a candidate with Marc Daniels Specialist Recruitment Limited.
