The Team

The Repeats team operates autonomously to shape iwoca's product offering and build the best experience for repeat customers. The team includes a team lead, data scientist, strategy analyst, tech lead, and two back-end engineers; a front-end engineer is being sought to complete the lineup.

The Role

As a front-end engineer on the Repeats team, you will build the user-facing platform that serves our repeat customers. You will work closely with our Principal Designer to create an intuitive and engaging customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the front-end development for the entire repeat customer journey, from managing existing balances to applying for new funds.
• Build interfaces that allow customers to choose between different offers and access funds when they need them most.
• Implement robust A/B testing and tracking to measure the impact of your work and inform future product decisions.

Qualifications

• Strong front-end development skills, including TypeScript and React.
• Experience working with APIs and a willingness to work on them where necessary.
• Experience of setting up and using monitoring and alerting in front-end applications.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into effective technical solutions.

The Salary

We expect to pay from £80,000 - £100,000 for this role. We’re open-minded, so please include your salary goals with your application. We benchmark salaries against market rates and conduct quarterly performance and salary reviews.
