Join us as a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to make workplace giving effortless, transparent, and embedded into everyday work.

Responsibilities

  • Build end-to-end features that power donation and volunteering flows for employees.
  • Integrate with payroll, HR, and payment providers to make giving seamless.
  • Write code and participate in planning, product, and delivery.
  • Help establish best practices for technologies used.
  • Ensure high code quality through automated testing, CI/CD, and monitoring.
  • Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering peers.
  • Contribute to product strategy through a user‑centric, data-driven mindset.
  • Participate in architectural decisions that shape the platform.
  • Mentor engineers and grow the team’s technical capabilities.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in software development.
  • Experience with React, Node.js, and TypeScript (or JavaScript).
  • Strong understanding of PostgreSQL.
  • Familiarity with monitoring systems, AWS, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
  • Experience with frontend optimisation.
  • A product‑driven mindset.
  • Experience with a large or complex production codebase, developing secure, scalable, resilient systems.
  • Contributing towards product thinking.
  • A formal software engineering degree is welcome but not required.

Success after 3 months

  • Know teammates well and feel comfortable.
  • Shipped features that directly impact the Workplace Giving product.
  • Mostly ramped on product, processes, and workflows.Found the free sock merch in the office.
