We are a growing team focused on providing our customers with innovative web and app based tools and services to help them grow as investors. You will join a cross-functional development team with a philosophy of continuous improvement and a strong focus on engineering excellence. This role involves helping us adopt cutting-edge technologies while delivering a robust production experience.

What to expect

• Work with Agile methodologies and a culture of continuous improvement and high-performance engineering.
• Guide and mentor the team to design and deliver high-quality products.
• Consider architectural and non-functional requirements and break them down into development tasks.
• Foster a build it, run it, own it DevOps mentality, from idea to production.

Tech Competency

• Significant commercial experience developing services and APIs with Node, PHP, .NET Core, MongoDB and/or SQL.
• Strong background in web development with React/NextJS/NestJS.
• Experience with HTTP-based APIs, RESTful services, JSON, and GraphQL.
• Thorough understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
• Practice Test Driven Development and familiarity with test frameworks and concepts.
• Familiarisation with containerisation and tools like Docker, ECS or Kubernetes.
• Experience of developing, deploying, and maintaining Cloud-Based solutions on AWS.
• Understanding of high-performing web page principles.
• Experience with Drupal CMS is a bonus.

Soft skills

• Experience working with stakeholders from product management and other business areas to design and deliver solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of motivation and enthusiasm.
• Experience in financial services or a regulated industry is a bonus.

Working Model
