Join our hyper-growth startup and make a difference as Senior Full Stack Software Engineer. In this role, you will be part of our Payment Operations Team, which implements APIs and user experiences to expand the payments platform for our partners (internal and external). You will be part of an autonomous, cross-functional product team able to make its own decisions based on objectives set by the business. You will report directly to the Engineering Manager. In return, we’ll provide a platform to exercise your creativity and influence.
Responsibilities
- Be happy to contribute to all areas of our system and participate in high-level product and technical decision-making
- Be passionate about building out and contributing to our product and technical best practices
- Balance empathy for customer needs with a visionary perspective that goes beyond delivering a faster solution
Qualifications
- 4 years of experience in Software Development
- Experience with React and Node.js, and TypeScript (or JavaScript)
- Strong understanding of databases, particularly PostgreSQL
- Familiarity with monitoring systems, AWS, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing
- Experience with frontend optimization
- A product-driven mindset
- Experience working on a large or complex production codebase, developing secure, scalable, resilient systems
- Contributing toward product thinking
Bonus
- Experience in a startup environment and ability to adapt to fast-paced decision-making and delivery at scale
