Role Overview

As a Senior Game Designer you will shape the player experience for casual puzzle titles such as Woodoku and Woodoku Blast. You will collaborate with level designers, product, data and analytics teams and lead a small team to deliver balanced, fun, and commercially successful features.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the design of game features for casual puzzle games.
• Manage the level design team, setting standards and improving level quality and fun.
• Manage feature development from concept to launch, iterating hands‑on.
• Continuously monitor market trends to suggest new game concepts or features.
• Collaborate with product, data and analytics teams to use data in design.
• Mentor and lead a small team of level designers.
• Ensure features support business and monetisation goals.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• Proven experience with casual mobile puzzle games, including prototyping, development and LiveOps.
• Ability to give feedback on level design.
• Experience leading a small team.
• Strong knowledge of casual puzzle game trends and monetisation.
• Hands‑on experience managing game feature development.
• Strong analytical skills, interpreting player data, running A/B tests and using analytics to inform design decisions.
• Strong understanding of mobile games UX.
• Business mindset with a balance of creativity and commercial focus.
• Excellent communication with designers, product managers and other teams.
• Able to adapt to market feedback and changing needs.
• Passion for mobile gaming and player engagement in casual puzzles.
