Role and Responsibilities

• Create innovative hit games
• Write robust code used by millions of users
• Understand a complex codebase, extend and improve it
• Create tools and extend the Unity Editor to improve team efficiency
• Contribute daily to important decisions with a senior, multidisciplinary team
• Define game architecture, oversee testing, and revise the game based on player feedback

Qualifications

• A creative and hacker mindset
• At least 5 years of professional experience on Unity or other game engines
• Strong sense of gameplay experience and attention to detail
• Familiar with optimization issues
• Speak and write English
• Track record with successful mobile games
• Professional game development experience
