Overview

We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Senior Global CRM Programme Manager with proven expertise in Braze, exceptional project delivery skills, and a data-driven mindset. This role will lead the management and delivery of high-impact CRM projects across multiple markets, ensuring seamless execution, stakeholder alignment, and measurable performance improvement throughout the customer lifecycle. You’ll work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Data, Client Services, and Regional teams, owning project delivery from inception to go-live, ensuring initiatives are executed at scale with precision and measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of global CRM initiatives, from scoping and planning through execution and optimisation
  • Drive cross-functional teams to implement complex lifecycle programs and CRM use cases in Braze (Canvas, segmentation, personalization, messaging)
  • Ensure delivery milestones, budgets, and scope are achieved using structured project management methodologies (Agile, Jira, Asana)
  • Align technical and non-technical stakeholders on project requirements, dependencies, and resources
  • Manage sprint planning and provide regular status updates across teams

Braze Implementation & Campaign Execution

  • Act as the subject matter expert for Braze, ensuring effective use of advanced features (Liquid logic, Canvas flows, segmentation)
  • Oversee the execution of multi-channel campaigns (email, push, SMS, Line, etc.), ensuring global consistency and compliance with data/privacy standards
  • Partner with Product, Tech, and Data teams on integrations and data pipelines powering CRM operations

Data, Reporting & Optimisation

  • Use customer data to drive targeting, segmentation, and personalisation strategies
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, delivering insight-driven recommendations to improve outcomes
  • Work closely with Tech and Analytics to ensure clean, reliable data flows enabling automation at scale
  • Design and run A/B and multivariate tests to optimise messaging, journeys, and lifecycle touchpoints
  • Maintain global CRM dashboards and scorecards for senior and regional stakeholders

Requirements

Must-Have

  • 5+ years' experience in CRM programme or lifecycle marketing roles, with a strong end-to-end project delivery track record
  • Deep, hands-on Braze expertise (Canvas, Liquid, segmentation, personalization)
  • Proven project management skills leading complex CRM and MarTech initiatives
  • Strong analytical mindset, comfortable leveraging data to drive decisions and communicate impact
  • Commercial acumen with ability to link CRM strategies to business KPIs (LTV, retention, engagement)
  • Experience working across global, matrixed organisations
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred

  • Familiarity with tools such as Segment, Snowflake, Tableau
  • Knowledge of data privacy, compliance, and customer data management best practices (e.g. GDPR)
