Overview
Senior Global Quality Systems Manager to join the Global Aerospace team at Trelleborg Group. In this pivotal role, you’ll help drive the success of TSS Aerospace by leading the implementation and maintenance of a global quality management system that meets aerospace standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.
This role can be based on either our Burntwood or Solihull locations.
Responsibilities
- Champion a quality-driven culture across the Aerospace Business Unit
- Align global teams under a unified Quality Management System (QMS)
- Define and monitor QMS KPIs and ensure robust process implementation
- Implement & manage multi-site aerospace certifications (AS9100)
- Support process owners in implementing aerospace procedures
- Ensure customer and regulatory requirements are embedded in the QMS
- Lead QMS-related projects across multiple sites
- Develop and execute internal audit plans and support third-party audits
- Coordinate corrective actions and auditor skill development
- Integrate TSS Aerospace QMS into newly acquired organizations
- Implement and maintain Part 21G and Part 145 standards
- Support ISO27001 cybersecurity compliance
About The Job
We’re looking for a Senior Global Quality Systems Manager to join our Global Aerospace team. In this pivotal role, you’ll help drive the success of TSS Aerospace by leading the implementation and maintenance of a global quality management system that meets aerospace standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.
This role can be based on either our Burntwood or Solihull locations.
Education and Experience
- Master’s degree (or equivalent) with a strong aerospace quality background
- Certified AS9100-D Lead Auditor is preferred
- Extensive aerospace industry experience
- Proven success in international environments and multi-site certification
- Familiarity with Part 21 and Part 145 requirements
- Knowledge of ISO27001 cybersecurity standards is advantageous
- Black Belt Certification is advantageous
