Location : London Bridge - Hybrid (4 days in-office / 1 day remote)

A leading multidisciplinary design studio is looking for a Graphic Designer and Senior Graphic Designer to help shape beautiful, intuitive wayfinding and signage across world-class hospitality and leisure environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and develop concepts for wayfinding and branded signage systems
• Design visual identity and environmental graphic elements for large-scale projects
• Produce clear, accurate design files, drawings, and presentations
• Collaborate with architects, designers, consultants, and clients
• Prepare mock-ups, visuals, and layout options to communicate ideas
• Manage project workflows to ensure high-quality delivery
• Lead projects, mentor junior team members, and guide the design process (for senior designers)
• Present work confidently to clients and stakeholders, maintaining design excellence throughout

Who You Are

• 3–5+ years’ experience in wayfinding, signage, or environmental graphics (Senior : 5+ years)
• Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills and a polished portfolio
• Confident working independently and collaboratively
• Clear communicator with a sharp eye for detail
• Organised, proactive, and passionate about design in the built environment
