The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Senior GTM Systems Specialist to help design, build, and optimise the systems infrastructure that supports our Go-to-Market (GTM) teams, including marketing, sales, and customer success. Our tech stack includes Leandata, Salesforce, and Gong, as well as custom-built applications.
This is a high-impact individual contributor role, ideal for someone with significant expertise in GTM systems architecture, Salesforce, and the modern GTM operations tech stack. You will be responsible for developing, improving, and scaling the tools, data flows, and processes that enable high performance across our GTM functions. You’ll report to the Director of GTM Systems and collaborate closely with stakeholders across Revenue Operations, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Data & Insights, Operations, and Product.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and optimise the GTM systems stack: Enhance tools across our GTM ecosystem, with an emphasis on Salesforce and integrated systems like Gong, Lusha, Cognism, Zapier, and AI tools.
- Improve revenue-generating sales processes: Leverage technology to help our sales organisation secure new clients, expand existing accounts, and grow company revenue.
- Build scalable marketing operations capabilities: Design and implement effective marketing automation processes, campaign workflows, lead lifecycle management, and attribution models.
- Collaborate cross-functionally on system strategy: Translate business requirements from our GTM teams into scalable, user-centric system solutions.
- Enable high-quality data flow and insights: Ensure data integrity and usability across platforms. Work with the Data & Insights team to support end-to-end reporting on GTM performance.
- Deploy and manage system enhancements: Lead the development and deployment of new system features, integrations, and automations using declarative and low-code/no-code platforms.
- Promote operational excellence: Establish and document GTM systems processes, manage change effectively, and ensure system reliability, security, and performance.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience: 5–7+ years in GTM Systems, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations, preferably in a fast-paced B2B SaaS or tech environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud, along with experience across key GTM tools (e.g., Gong, Lusha, Cognism, Zapier, Slack, Coda, or equivalents).
- Low-Code / No-Code Expertise: Experience implementing or managing AI tools and automation for Marketing, Sales, or Customer Success.
- Effective Project Execution: A proven ability to independently deliver complex systems projects from design through deployment, with strong project management skills.
- Strategic Thinking: The ability to understand GTM goals and translate them into effective system architecture, processes, and automation.
- Eagerness to Learn: Curiosity, a sense of responsibility, and a desire to continuously learn and innovate—especially in the use of AI in GTM workflows.
- Nice to Have: Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Marketing Cloud Consultant)
