Senior Health and Protection Consultant - Scotland

We are seeking a talented Senior Health & Protection Consultant to join our large corporate consulting team at Mercer Marsh Benefits (MMB). This role will be based in our Edinburgh, Glasgow or Aberdeen office and is a hybrid role with a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to:

  • Develop and maintain a portfolio of Healthcare and Protection clients, providing quality consulting advice and ongoing service
  • Ensure that revenue from this portfolio is profitable and expand business lines and service delivery where appropriate
  • Manage and develop strong client relationships, win new business, and work proactively with internal teams to deliver client expectations in line with agreed client account plans
  • What you need to have:

    • In-depth Healthcare and Group Risk knowledge is essential
    • Financial and Commercial acumen (including fee negotiation skills)
    • Consulting and relationship management skills
    • Technical, product and process knowledge
    • Inter-personal, communication and time management skills
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
