Hybrid role: 1-2 days per week in the Manchester office, with the rest from home. This is a consultancy role where work-life balance is valued, on a range of complex buildings and rail projects in London as a Principal Design Advisor and CDM Advisor. The team is expanding, offers good training and development opportunities, and provides a car allowance and a bonus scheme of up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Principal Design Advisor and CDM Advisor on a range of complex buildings and rail projects.
• Deliver complex PD services on prestigious projects while maintaining a focus on quality and timeliness.
• Collaborate within a specialist Health & Safety team as part of a major global real estate business.
• Support a culture of work-life balance and team development within the consultancy.
• Assist with CDM-related duties and advise on design and construction safety considerations.

Qualifications

• Experience working as a CDM Advisor is essential.
• NEBOSH Construction certificate is desirable.
• Any design or construction experience/qualifications are beneficial.
• Open to candidates with construction safety understanding from a military background who are interested in training up a CDM professional.

Experience and Benefits

• Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum + Car & Bonus
• Location: Manchester, Greater Manchester (hybrid with London-based projects)
• Type: Full Time
• Car allowance and bonus scheme (up to 20%)
