Director of Health, Safety & Environment

Join the specialist Health & Safety team at Mattinson Partnership as part of a major global real estate business. This hybrid role works 1–2 days a week in the Manchester office, the rest of the time from home. Responsibilities

• Lead health and safety and CDM advisory on complex building projects.
• Deliver complex PD services and support senior project teams.
• Maintain a strong team culture and work‑life balance while managing a small volume of projects.
• Support the recruitment and development of a senior health & safety consultant.

Qualifications

• Senior Health & Safety Consultant with CDM experience.
• Experience as a CDM Advisor essential.
• NEBOSH Construction certification required; any design or construction qualifications beneficial.
• Optional: Military construction safety background for training up a CDM professional.
