WHAT TEAM WILL YOU BE JOINING?
This role is in our Human Resources Team supporting our offices in London, Manchester, Leeds, and Edinburgh, and the business internationally. The HR Team includes Learning and Development, Reward, Resourcing, HR Operations, HR Business Partnering, and the CSR and Diversity team.
You will join the HR Business Partnering team, working closely with the wider HR team, key stakeholders, and partners within the business to provide guidance, support, and coaching.

WHAT WILL THE ROLE INVOLVE?
The role can be based in Leeds or Manchester, with some travel to other UK offices. You will support the firm's growth and development by participating in various HR projects, supporting colleagues across locations, and fostering strong relationships with core business services teams.
The responsibilities include:
- Employee Relations: Handling absence cases, advising on HR policies, managing benefits information, addressing employee relations issues, and managing maternity or shared parental leave processes.
- Resourcing: Supporting recruitment processes, liaising with hiring managers, managing staff changes, supporting apprenticeship and graduate programs, and managing onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Performance Management: Supporting performance reviews, documenting processes, and assisting with salary reviews.
- Other: Producing MI reports, leading ad hoc projects, supporting engagement and inclusion surveys, and implementing related actions.
WHAT SKILLS WILL HELP YOU BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE
- Proactive HR team member with strong business partnering experience
- Graduate-level and CIPD qualification preferred but not essential
- Generalist HR experience at a similar level, ideally in a professional services or fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and influence senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage complex, changing workloads efficiently
- Strong team orientation and attention to detail
- Proficient in computer skills, especially Excel
