Description

  • Support the ER process, coaching and guiding line managers on best practice
  • Oversee policies review/update in line with legislation
  • Work with managers to assess their teams' performance and supporting the performance management process
  • Support the employee engagement cycle – ensuring engagement and reviewing feedback
  • Promote a positive workplace culture

Profile

  • Proven experience in a similar role within HR
  • Proficiency in employment legislation and HR best practices
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience operating in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels

Job Offer

FTE salary to £45,000
