Location: Southampton (occasional travel across Hampshire, Dorset, Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Somerset where required for HR cases)Employment: Full-timeHybrid: Minimum of 50% working hours to be spent in the officeAbout the roleThe Senior HR Advisor will work as an integral part of the HR Team with specific responsibility for leading on the Employee Relations cases and Change Management process (TUPE, Redundancy/Redeployment).
