We're hiring: People Partner | Portsmouth (Hybrid)
£40,400 (incl. car allowance) | 3 days office / 2 days home | Some travel required

Full UK Driving License and car needed for this position

Are you a Senior HR Advisor ready for the next step? We're looking for a proactive People Partner with strong experience in HR operations and employee relations to join a dynamic and supportive HR team.

You'll advise managers on ER matters, support organisational change (TUPETUPE, restructures), and help deliver key people projects. A great role for someone who enjoys partnering with the business and driving real impact.

What you'll need:
Solid HR advisory/ER experience
Strong UK employment law knowledge
Confident coaching managers & managing change
Great communication & relationship skills

Based in Portsmouth - Hybrid (3 office / 2 home)
