Senior HR Business Partner (Employee Relations)

This new role at RCS will play a critical part in ensuring that our community continues to thrive though positive interpersonal relationships and our commitment to upholding our institutional values.

The Senior HR Business Partner (Employee Relations) will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring positive interpersonal relationships and upholding institutional values
  • Working with staff and students from across the Conservatoire
  • Providing advice, guidance, and decision-making
  • Identifying opportunities to drive institutional change through training, relationship-building, and policy change

This is a demanding and challenging role, but also incredibly rewarding. To thrive in this role, you will enjoy problem solving, creative thinking, and working with people. You will be a great listener, able to draw on your experience to see through situations to identify ways forward.
