New Yesterday

Put on your favorite song. Got it? Great! Listen to the drums. It is not the first thing you notice, but it is what drives the whole song. Without it, everything falls apart. It is what enables all the other musicians to shine. THAT is what we want our HR team to be at Quinyx. The beating drums that sets the rhythm for the rest of the organization. We are now looking for a 1 year+ parental leave cover for a senior HRPB to join our revenue organization as their main drummer. About the role This is a fixed term contract for 12+ months, starting beginning of 2026 and ending in March 2027, exact timing can be discussed. As Senior HR Business Partner at Quinyx, you will have a key role in enabling and supporting the revenue business areas as well as be part of building out HR practices for the rest of the business. You will partner with dedicated business areas to deliver solutions and support to leaders to improve employee experience, engagement, effectiveness and efficiency, as well as driving key business initiatives and projects. You will report directly to the VP of People and work closely with the other HRBPs in the team as well as the wider HR team including HR operations and talent acquisition. What you'll be doing In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of strategic HR and day-to-day business needs — partnering with leaders, guiding organisational change, and contributing to key people initiatives across the organisation. You’ll have a broad generalist scope, with a particular focus on supporting specific business areas and acting as a subject matter expert for employment matters in the UK, and ideally also in the Netherlands and/or Germany. Your work will span three main areas: Business Partnering You’ll build strong relationships with leaders in your business areas, helping them align their people strategies with overall goals — and supporting them in everything from team development to organisational change. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
Driving performance management processes — including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback. Providing coaching and day-to-day HR support to managers. Leading talent initiatives such as competency-based assessments and succession planning. Supporting organisational changes like restructures, acquisitions, or team transitions. Using HR data and surveys to identify trends, guide action planning, and recommend improvements. Managing employee relations cases from start to finish. Owning onboarding sessions and advising on tailored onboarding plans.
Regional Expertise You’ll be our in-house expert on employment matters for the UK, and preferably also for the Netherlands and/or Germany — ensuring compliance and supporting the wider HR team with local knowledge. This includes:
Advising on local legislation, employee relations, and HR processes. Keeping up-to-date with relevant employment laws and regulations. Offering guidance to the broader HR team to ensure compliance across regions.
HR Projects & Strategic Initiatives Beyond your partnering responsibilities, you’ll contribute to projects that enhance the employee experience and support the organisation’s long-term goals. Areas you might be involved in:
Designing and delivering training programs to build capability and support growth. Contributing to compensation and benefits strategies. Championing diversity and inclusion in partnership with business leaders. Supporting employer branding efforts to attract and retain top talent.
What you'll bring to the team
Experience from working in a similar HR role with knowledge in performance management, compensation and benefits, talent management, employee and employee relations, etc. Excellent stakeholder management and developing good work relationships across the organisation. Knowledge and/or experience with national and regional employment law within the UK and preferably within the Netherlands and/or Germany. Strong change management and project management capabilities. Experience from working with analyzing data to identify trends and propose solutions. We have a hybrid working set up and therefore you will be required to attend our London office minimum twice days per week.
