Senior HR & Professional Standards Partner
Location: Hybrid working, requirement to work from NYP & NYFRS Headquarters in Northallerton 2 days per week, we also have offices across North Yorkshire.

In this brand-new role, we are looking for a Senior HR & Professional Standards Partner to join our team and help shape the future of our workforce. In this high impact leadership role, you’ll combine strategic HR leadership with a focus on professional standards, employee relations, ethics and organisational culture.

Responsibilities
- Lead, direct and motivate a HR Business Partner team, shaping the culture and expected standards.
- Define HR strategies and procedures that support ways of working and standards.
- Provide meaningful insight that will influence decision making and business planning.
- Ensure HR practices are compliant with professional standards, legal requirements and ethical fairness and identify opportunities to remove any risk associated.
- Drive organisational effectiveness by leading, planning and implementing people and leadership change, allowing the organisation to remain dynamic and adaptable.
What you will bring
- Significant leadership and/or service delivery management.
- Demonstrable knowledge in developing policies and procedures that are compliant with employee relations, ethical and professional standards.
- You will be in tune with emerging practices in the HR arena to inform current and future people and leadership interventions
- Engaging and inspirational communicator with a natural coaching and consultative approach.
- The ability to forge strong and influential relationships with a broad network of stakeholders, including those at a senior level.
