This role will report to the Senior HR Technology Manager and will work closely with the Continuous Improvement Manager to help the function deliver on the full potential of Workday at CMS.About The RoleIn this role, you can expect to get involved in a variety of work including:Work collaboratively across HR and the wider firm to identify opportunities for process improvement supported by delivered Workday technology or Workday Extend solutionsLead or participate in all phases of application/functional development, including design, development, testing and deploymentEnsure compliance with Workday best practices, data security, and governance standards across all functional and Extend developmentTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday delivered solutions, integrations and Extend applicationsProvide subject matter expertise and guidance on Workday capabilities and roadmapCreate quality configuration and technical documentation and ensure knowledge transfer within the HR Technical team and the wider HR function as appropriateMaintain an active involvement in the Workday Community to ensure that knowledge is kept current across the full Workday suite of applicationsAbout YouWe will invest in your ongoing training and development to support your professional goals and help you to thrive in your role from day one.
