A globally recognised and esteemed law firm is seeking a proactive and highly organised Senior HR Advisor to join its London office. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and support a dynamic, award-winning team.

Job Title: Senior HR Advisor

Location: City of London

Working Arrangement: Hybrid Working 2 days a week in the office, but more during probation

Salary: Highly competitive

Requirements: Full generalist HR experience, preferably within a law firm

The role

• Lead HR operations, including payroll, benefits, appraisals, onboarding/offboarding, employee relations, and immigration support.
• Support firm-wide initiatives in diversity, well-being, and performance management.
• Oversee daily office operations, liaise with building management, and coordinate internal events.
• Collaborate on ad hoc projects across HR and operations.
• Work very closely with the HR Director and partners at the firm.

What do you need?

• CIPD qualified with strong HR law knowledge.
• Exceptional communication, organisation, and attention to detail.
• A team player with a proactive, adaptable mindset.
• Tech-savvy and confident in managing sensitive data.
• Passionate about mentoring junior team members.
