Job Summary

Award-winning law firm based in the City of London (ideally near Liverpool Street) is looking for a Senior HR Advisor to join their friendly HR team. This is a fully generalist role, providing broad exposure across the full HR lifecycle, including employee relations, performance management, policy work, recruitment, and support for strategic HR initiatives.

About You

  • Proven HR generalist experience, ideally within professional services or legal
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and best practice
  • Confident handling ER issues and advising managers
  • Proactive, personable, and able to build strong relationships across the business
  • CIPD Level 5 (or working towards) is desirable
