Senior Human Resources Business Partner - Executive Advisory (CIO)

Overview
This role is part of SEFE’s Human Resources team, reporting directly to the SVP HR CCO and collaborating closely with the CIO. It is based in London and focuses on driving HR initiatives that support the company’s digital transformation and strategic growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as the Senior Human Resources Business Partner for the CIO, supporting digital transformation initiatives.
  • Drive implementation of modern HRIS solutions to enhance digital capabilities.
  • Support the global IT function in transitioning from on‑premise to cloud‑based services.
  • Ensure effective training and upskilling of IT staff in AI, cloud computing, and data management.
  • Partner with SEFE’s Talent Acquisition team to fill vacancies within the IT department and support strategic workforce planning.
  • Provide full‑spectrum HR support to the CIO function, including operational and tactical responsibilities.
  • Serve as a strategic HR advisor to C‑Level executives, ensuring HR strategies align with business goals.
  • Contribute to the development of the global HR Business Partner community.
  • Collaborate with Centres of Excellence (CoEs) to drive process improvement, standardisation, and consistency in HR practices.
  • Lead the company’s digital and HR transformation through continuous process enhancement and best practice implementation.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR, Business, or a related field; HR certifications (e.g., SHRM‑CP/SCP, CIPD, PHR/SPHR) preferred.
  • Extensive experience in HR, including roles as an HRBP or in a strategic capacity.
  • Experience supporting IT functions in global environments.
  • Proven track record in digital transformation and HRIS projects.
  • Comfortable advising C‑Level leaders in complex, matrixed settings.
  • Strong background in talent management and workforce planning.
  • Deep understanding of digital technologies in HR: cloud, AI, and data management.
  • Strong stakeholder management and consulting capabilities.
  • Cross‑functional collaboration experience (e.g., with CoEs, TA).
  • Project management expertise, including global initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel internationally.
