Senior HR Business Partner

• Based in Wellingborough (Northamptonshire) or Wednesbury (West Midlands)

• Hybrid working offered once relationships have been built; regular travel required.
• Paying up to £110k plus benefits.

Leading a team of 4 HR Business Partners, this is an opportunity to be a key HR leader in a respected, growing business with opportunities for long‑term progression.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to deliver the people strategy across multiple sites.
• Coach and develop operational managers and leadership teams.
• Lead workforce planning, organisational design, and talent development.
• Manage complex employee and industrial relations, including pay negotiations and union engagement.
• Champion culture, safety, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
• Provide HR insights to drive performance and workforce productivity.
• Lead and develop an operations‑aligned HR team.

Key requirements

• Proven Senior HRBP experience in a heavily operational business, e.g. manufacturing, industrial, or logistics environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership coaching skills.
• Experienced in complex ER, IR, and union negotiations.
• Strategic, data‑driven, and resilient, with a hands‑on approach.
• Experience of managing and developing teams.
• Happy to travel across UK sites.
