We are seeking a highly capable and motivated Senior IBA Accounts Technician to lead IBA operations for our growing Reinsurance team in Singapore.

The Successful Candidate Will

• Lead Singapore’s Reinsurance IBA function.
• Ensure compliance with internal systems and controls, FCA Rules, and financial crime prevention standards.
• Deliver timely and accurate financial processes to support business objectives.

Main Responsibilities

• Ensure all debts are collected promptly and liabilities settled within agreed credit terms.
• Match all cash received as soon as possible.
• Complete all processes accurately and on time.
• Maintain accounting ledgers in an up-to-date and accurate manner.
• Produce accurate and timely management information.
• Liaise regularly with other departments to resolve outstanding queries.

Knowledge Required

• Strong knowledge of FCA rules and guidelines relating to commercial and private customers.
• In-depth understanding of FCA Rules CASS 5.4.
• Good knowledge of general insurance and underlying legal principles.
• Familiarity with banking methods and accounting principles.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the insurance sector.

• Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively.
• Confident and effective telephone communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
