We are working with a well-regarded City firm seeking an experienced Corporate Immigration Solicitor to join its expanding team. With a strong international client base spanning technology, finance, hospitality, media and professional services, the team advises employers on all aspects of business immigration and workforce mobility.

This position offers a high level of responsibility, excellent quality of work, and a clear route for progression — ideal for someone looking to build on their existing profile in a supportive environment.

The Role

You will take a lead role in advising and managing key corporate clients, handling a range of complex matters including:

• Sponsor licence applications, compliance and audits
• Skilled Worker and Senior or Specialist Worker (Global Business Mobility) routes
• Right to work and immigration risk management
• Business restructures and immigration implications for workforces
• Support with global mobility strategy for multinationals
• Appeals and challenges where required

You will also play an important part in developing client relationships, leading presentations and contributing to the growth of the team.

About You

• 5+ PQE* in UK corporate immigration
• Strong technical knowledge of the Points-Based System and employer compliance
• Confident managing your own caseload and key commercial clients
• Strong communication skills with a pragmatic, business-friendly approach
• Enjoys mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to business development
