Overview

The candidate will be responsible for configuring the product to meet client needs, managing key stakeholder relationships, and ensuring smooth delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage full-cycle software implementations, from pre-sales through to successful delivery
  • Configure product features and workflows based on specific client requirements
  • Own relationships with key stakeholders across client organisations, building trust and ensuring alignment throughout the project
  • Collaborate with Professional Services, Client Services, and Product teams to deliver the full suite of our solutions
  • Manage multiple implementation projects concurrently, monitoring timelines and mitigating delivery risks
  • Partner with the Product team on internal feature design, sprint planning, and user testing
  • Support clients post-implementation, ensuring adoption and identifying opportunities for enhancement
  • Provide consultative input to Sales teams across Europe and the US during the pre-sales process

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of demonstrable experience in software implementation, consulting, or project delivery roles
  • Strong track record managing relationships with stakeholders at varying levels of seniority
  • Ability to juggle multiple ongoing projects and manage competing priorities with minimal supervision
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and delivery governance
  • Exceptional organisational skills with a high attention to detail
  • Ability to produce clear, concise, and client-ready documentation using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Familiarity with SaaS technologies and/or asset management is advantageous but not essential
  • Experience facilitating client workshops and requirements‑gathering sessions is a bonus
