Senior Independent Domestic Violence AdvocateLocation: Brent (Hybrid - up to 1 day working from home)Hours: 21 hours per week, 10am-6pm (Potential to increase)Salary: £21 - £24 p/h LtdContract: Temporary, Part-TimeService: Violence Against Women and GirlsAbout the RoleWe are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior IDVA to join our Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG) service in Brent. This is a part-time role where you will combine overseeing the Duty IDVA service with managing a reduced caseload. You will:Line manage and support Duty WorkersCoordinate the duty rota and allocation of casesProvide guidance, supervision, and ensure high-quality practiceAssist the Service Manager with data collection, analysis, and reportingDeliver direct support to women through assessments, safety planning, crisis intervention, and advocacyWork collaboratively with partner agencies across three boroughsThis is a vital role for someone who can remain calm under pressure, manage sensitive information, and ensure the voices of survivors are at the heart of everything we do.
