Are you passionate about driving ambitious fundraising strategies and leading high-performing teams?

We’re looking for a Senior Individual Giving Manager to join our Public Fundraising team at Mencap. You will lead the development and implementation of Mencap’s Individual Giving strategy, working closely with the Head of Public Fundraising to ensure work is integrated with wider team aims. You will also lead on the planning and delivery of a range of fundraising and stewardship campaigns, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and to budget, producing strong results against objectives.

This is a full-time, permanent role (37.5 hours per week) based in London. While we offer flexibility in work location, attendance at the London office is expected twice weekly on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
