This role is based in our London HQ with a focus on the American market and part of the Performance Influencer Team, which is the growth engine driving influencer sales, marketing and growth. It is a commercial role focused on meeting and exceeding sales targets by managing talent and campaigns across multiple platforms to drive traffic, awareness and sales.

Responsibilities

  • Drive business growth by sourcing and delivering influencer, creator and celebrity campaigns across different social platforms.
  • Discover and manage talent of all sizes to support campaign activations that drive traffic, awareness and sales.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets as part of a results-driven, business development-oriented team.
  • Collaborate with influencer sales, marketing and growth functions to optimize campaigns and outcomes.
  • Act as a self-starter, stay highly organized, and push initiatives in a high-growth environment.

Qualifications

  • US Market Knowledge
  • Resilient – able to handle setbacks and pressure with a positive mindset
  • Results-focused & Data-driven – motivated by measurable outcomes and able to use data to guide decisions
  • Sales or Influencer Marketing Background – 2–3 years of experience in sales or working with creators
  • Negotiation skills – strong outreach, negotiation and relationship-building
  • Effective Time Management – thrives in a fast-paced, start-up environment
  • Strong Communication Skills – confident, clear communicator with energy
  • Target-driven – motivated to exceed goals with ownership
  • Interest in Influencer & Creator Space – follows trends and platform updates
  • Passion for the planet and sustainability
