The Opportunity

I am currently supporting a Global 100 company who are looking for a Senior Information Security Architect to lead security for their global AI-first transformation program. This is a chance to shape strategy at scale, influence senior stakeholders, and ensure that cutting-edge AI innovation is delivered securely and responsibly.

The AI program is already two years old with 600+ use cases assessed, and they are continuing to accelerate adoption across all business units. With strong investment, executive sponsorship, and a dedicated AI Security Literacy Program, this is an opportunity to work at the very forefront of AI and InfoSec.

What You’ll Do

• Lead AI security architecture and strategy across global business functions.
• Secure the adoption of AI through identity and access management, data protection, and security controls for AI solutions.
• Act as a strategic advisor and influencer, engaging with senior stakeholders up to VP and Director level.
• Drive the responsible AI program, ensuring compliance with emerging regulations (including the EU AI Act).

What They’re Looking For

• AI Security Expertise – ideally 3+ years in dedicated AI security roles.
• Architectural Leadership – proven ability to design and scale secure systems.
• Strategic & Stakeholder Skills – able to shape vision and influence senior decision-makers.
• Delivery Record – multiple AI security projects completed (not just pilots).
• A forward-thinking leader who can operate globally and drive change.
