Ensure services are integrated, delivered and operate as required. Work with and support third‑party providers in delivering infrastructure services. Collaborate with technical architects to translate architectural designs into operations. Contribute to the direction of the services, including budget management, technology road‑maps, projects, initiatives and tasks.

Essential Criteria – Skills and Attributes

Substantial experience providing senior‑level network engineering support, strong background in troubleshooting and maintaining complex infrastructure. Proficient with firewall technologies, especially Palo Alto solutions. Hands‑on expertise with VPN technologies, notably GlobalProtect. Track record of taking ownership of complex infrastructure challenges and delivering robust solutions within tight deadlines. Adaptive and collaborative; experience in agile cross‑functional teams.
