The firm offers a highly flexible working model – option to only come into the office just once a week, though you're welcome to be in more often if preferred. They are known for delivering a partner-led service and taking a hands-on approach across CVLs, MVLs, CLs, Administrations, and Bankruptcies. Key Responsibilities
Managing a portfolio of corporate and personal insolvency cases from appointment through to closure Drafting reports, correspondence, and statutory documentation Liaising with creditors, directors, and other stakeholders Conducting investigations and asset realisations Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements Supporting more junior team members (if at Senior Administrator level)
