About the Team and the Role

The Senior Integrated Designer at EAT by Ocado is responsible for creating and executing design solutions across a range of media, ensuring a cohesive and integrated brand experience. The role involves developing creative concepts, producing high‑quality designs, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to meet marketing and branding objectives.

What You’ll Do

  • Create and execute design concepts across print, digital, displays, social media, video, and more.
  • Develop designs that align with Ocado’s visual identity and marketing goals.
  • Ensure high‑quality execution and attention to detail in all design deliverables.
  • Design integrated marketing campaigns and collateral that create a cohesive brand experience across multiple touchpoints.
  • Work with cross‑functional teams to ensure design solutions meet project objectives and support marketing strategies.
  • Adapt design concepts for different formats and channels, ensuring consistency and adaptability.
  • Collaborate with copywriters, photographers, videographers, art directors, marketing managers, and other team members to develop and execute creative concepts.
  • Brainstorm and contribute to the development of creative ideas and campaigns.
  • Communicate design concepts effectively to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to improve design outcomes.
  • Ensure all design work adheres to Ocado’s guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity.
  • Review and proof design assets to ensure accuracy and quality, making revisions as needed.
  • Keep deliverables on time, meeting or exceeding expectations.
  • Help manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Maintain organised files and assets for easy retrieval and reference.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies.
  • Incorporate new design trends and innovative approaches into creative projects.
  • Participate in professional development activities to enhance design skills and industry knowledge.

  • Experienced Senior Integrated Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital‑first asset creation.
  • Passionate about bringing brands to life and developing cohesive design solutions across diverse digital media (print experience a plus).
  • Collaborative team player who bridges creative concepts with flawless execution.
  • Detail‑oriented, ensuring every design adheres to brand guidelines and consistently exceeds expectations.
  • Proactive, organised, and adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high‑quality work on time.
