Senior Integration Engineer

Are you a highly skilled Senior Integration Engineer ready to tackle enterprise-wide system integrations? We are seeking a talented professional to join our team to support a pivotal initiative to unify HR, Payroll, Operations, and Finance systems for a major client.

This is a hands-on role where you will be instrumental in translating high-level architectural designs into robust, scalable integration solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Azure technologies. You'll work directly with Solution Architects, client stakeholders, and our internal teams to ensure seamless delivery that aligns with our client's strategic business goals.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with Solution Architects to implement integration blueprints and environment strategies.
• Lead the hands-on development, testing, and deployment of integration interfaces across Dynamics 365 modules (Project Operations, Finance).
• Manage and execute data migration activities, including ETL processes and live system transitions.
• Build and maintain integration pipelines using Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management).
• Ensure data integrity, security, and performance across integrated systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, providing root cause analysis and long-term fixes.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimise integration performance and reliability.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to internal knowledge sharing and best practices.

What We're Looking For

• Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365, particularly Project Operations and Finance modules.
• Expertise in Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, Event Grid, API Management).
• Solid understanding of ETL processes, data mapping, and transformation techniques.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for integration delivery.
• The ability to interpret and implement architectural designs and technical specifications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with integration testing frameworks and performance monitoring tools.
• Competitive salary: £70k–£75k, based on experience.
• Performance-based bonuses tied to delivery milestones and client satisfaction.
• Hybrid working model with 1–2 days onsite in our Stafford office to foster collaboration. Please note that occasional travel to client offices will be required for key project meetings and workshops.
