Position Overview We have three senior Front‑Office Java developer roles for a leading investment bank in London, focusing on pricing and risk platforms. Role Title and Employer Senior Java Developer / Java Software Engineer – Investment Bank. Location and Working Arrangement London City (Liverpool Street station) with a 50 % home‑working hybrid arrangement. Compensation £90,000 – £130,000 per year plus bonus, permanent contracts. Responsibilities

Collaborate with front‑office risk, trading, quants and dev‑ops teams to build a state‑of‑the‑art front‑to‑back pricing and risk solution. Hands‑on Java 21 development with a focus on maintainability, reliability and continuous improvement of the production environment. Define and implement non‑functional requirements to enhance system performance and scalability.

Qualifications

Excellent Java development skills (Java 21). Investment‑banking experience, preferably front‑office. Experience in risk or pricing is beneficial but not essential.
