Your Role

As Senior Key Account Manager Europe, you will lead a pan‑European Visual Merchandising program for a major global fashion and sportswear brand. This pivotal role connects strategic client service, operational excellence, and European team leadership. Along with your direct report, you will act as the central point of contact for the European client and coordinate efforts across our multiple partner agencies to ensure successful project execution and outstanding service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Client Strategy & Relationship Management

  • Own the strategic and operational development of a pan‑European client contracted account.
  • As the main client service manager, understand business objectives and provide tailored solutions.
  • Develop strategic relationships with key stakeholders and identify further networking opportunities.
  • Deliver clear and concise client communications, presentations, and performance reviews.
  • Anticipate client needs and deliver consultative, proactive account management.

Project Coordination & Execution

  • Oversee day‑to‑day execution across 35 countries, managing agency and field team output.
  • Define and enforce project SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards.
  • Provide a seamless flow of information and cross‑country alignment considering all stakeholders.

Team Leadership & Internal Collaboration

  • Coach country Project Management teams to deliver consistent field operation services across the project.
  • Facilitate best practice sharing and process alignment across European agency teams.
  • Foster a collaborative and performance‑driven culture within the internal team.

Performance Management & Reporting

  • Responsible for driving project KPIs and milestones using digital tools.
  • Drive continuous improvement via data insights and structured reporting (Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI).
  • Deliver client‑ready reports, forecasts, and executive summaries.

Financial Management & Procurement Proficiencies

  • Manage the full annual account budget: planning, forecasting, controlling, and invoicing.
  • Identify cost efficiencies and ensure budget adherence.
  • Contribute to long‑term financial planning and profitability strategies.
  • Drive contract negotiations considering varying local legislations across the European agencies.

Your Profile

  • 5+ years of experience in international Key Account Management or Project Management.
  • Proven track record in managing large‑scale, cross‑country projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus).
  • Willingness to travel throughout Europe when required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Teams, PowerPoint).
  • Proficient in PowerBI.
