Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in shaping and strengthening KYC standards with us? We’re looking for a highly skilled Senior KYC Analyst to join our team, bringing expertise, leadership, and a proactive approach to managing complex and high-risk cases across both SEL and SEBL entities. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of critical cases, provide quality assurance oversight, and act as a trusted deputy when required.
As a senior member of the team, you’ll not only handle advanced due diligence and policy refinement but also mentor junior analysts, uplift team capability, and champion a strong culture of compliance across the business. With direct involvement in regulatory projects, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional initiatives, this is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact while ensuring processes align with UK legislation, shareholder expectations, and internal standards.
What skills/experience do I need to be successful?
- Substantial experience in KYC, AML, or Financial Crime roles, with experience in a senior, lead, or QA function;
- Demonstrable experience handling complex ownership structures, trusts, or international counterparties;
- Holds or working towards a recognised qualification in AML/KYC (e.g., ICA Advanced Certificate or Diploma);
- In-depth understanding of UK and global AML regulations, including sanctions regimes.
