What is the role?
Product Owner
Location:Hybrid working - Leicester. Potentially 1-2 days a week in the office depending on requirements.
Salary:circa £45,000-£48,000 (Dependent on demonstrated skills, knowledge, and industry experience)

The demand is already there, we now need someone with exceptional ability to drive, shape and scale up our IT platforms to build our capacity to meet the demand.
What is the role?
As a Product Owner you'll play a pivotal role in our mission-driven journey.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Manage backlog items by prioritising stakeholder requirements
- Facilitate workshops with key stakeholders to gather requirements to deliver both business and programme/project outcomes.
- Facilitate sessions to establish MVP and scope
- Interpret and challenge business needs and work with the relevant teams to understand how future solutions can deliver against business requirements
- Break down the work using agile principles by creating Epics and Stories
- Work closely with third parties
- Capacity planning
- Managing roadmaps
- Budget management
- Risk and issue management
- Helping to build a Product Owner Community of Practice that will ensure the organisation is working on the right things
- Help facilitate Big Room Planning sessions
- Delivery and release management
- Inspect and adapt to improve ways of working over time
- Ensure successful handover to “business as usual”
- Manage activities using Jira, Miro and Microsoft Office suite.
Where will you likely be at the moment?
Ideally, you are an experienced Product Owner, with a strong background in technology, experience with Agile methodologies, and a proven track record of leading complex deliveries.You are likely someone who excels in stakeholder communication, demonstrates effective leadership, can motivate teams and is passionate about driving significant technology-driven change. The role is perfect for someone ready to leverage their expertise to make a substantial impact within our organisation.
