Responsibilities

• Help steer the agency as the managing director's next and absolutely key hire, nurturing existing client relationships and overseeing the development of the team.
• Blaze new avenues and ideas to win new business, while maintaining a high standard of service.
• Oversee daily operations and contribute to strategic direction to grow and develop the business.

Qualifications

• Seasoned permanent recruitment professional with a knack for building lasting connections and driving results via quality new business relationships.
• Straight talking, down to earth, people driven, successful, with confident and credible experience in mid-senior level permanent recruitment.
• Ability to deliver true service that stands out in a competitive environment; no ego, a desire to be great, and to build a career in recruitment.

This is a hybrid position; offices are accessible by transport links, avoiding lengthy city-centre commutes.
