Overview
Senior Lecturer (Advanced Clinical Practitioner) – 0.5 WTE, Fixed-Term (2 Years). Band 9 | Advanced Clinical Practice Master\'s Degree Apprenticeship Programme. We are seeking a highly experienced Advanced Practitioner to join our award-winning ACP Master\'s Degree Apprenticeship team. This 0.5 WTE, 2-year fixed-term post offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the delivery of a nationally recognised programme that is accredited by the NHS England Centre for Advancing Practice.
About the Role
You will deliver high-quality teaching while maintaining a split role in clinical practice (Band 8a or above), ensuring currency of knowledge and alignment with contemporary clinical guidelines. Your contribution will be vital to sustaining our exceptional outcomes, employer reputation, and student experience.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality teaching as part of the ACP Master\'s Degree Apprenticeship programme while maintaining clinical practice at a senior level.
- Ensure currency of knowledge and alignment with contemporary clinical guidelines.
- Contribute to the achievement of excellent student outcomes and programme reputation.
Qualifications
- Current clinical practice at Band 8a or above
- MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice or equivalent
- Experience in postgraduate education (Level 7/PGT)
- Deep understanding of the Advanced Practice agenda
