Overview

This role is with a leading specialist law firm in London. You will join the Finance team as a Senior Legal Cashier, with hybrid working (3 days in the office) and occasional travel to UK offices (expenses reimbursed). The salary range is £50,000–£60,000 (dependent on experience) plus generous benefits.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth running of finance operations in a fast-paced environment
• Lead and support month-end billing, reconciliations, disbursements, and purchase ledger activities
• Process employee expenses and assist with daily credit control
• Work within SRA accounting rules, AML controls, and double-entry bookkeeping
• Collaborate with colleagues, demonstrate resilience, and maintain attention to detail

Qualifications & Requirements

• At least five years’ experience in a busy legal practice or equivalent
• Confident working with SRA accounting rules, AML controls, and double-entry bookkeeping
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities; able to adapt in a collaborative finance team
