SENIOR LEGAL COUNSEL, EMPLOYMENT - PART-TIME ROLE

Global entertainment company, London hybrid. Part-time, 3 or 4 days per week. UK-qualified employment lawyer with circa 7-15 years' PQE. Role focuses on UK matters within a globally recognised organisation.

Responsibilities

• Provide risk-based employment law advice across strategic areas such as employee relations (ER) and investigations, DSARs, and HR policies.
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver practical, proportionate legal guidance in a fast-paced, high-profile international business.
• Support UK employment matters within the global organisation and contribute to a broad range of employment-related projects and initiatives.

Qualifications

• UK-qualified employment lawyer with excellent training and experience in a well-regarded law firm or in-house legal team.
• Approximately 7-15 years’ PQE.
• Ability to operate effectively in a collaborative, calm, proactive manner with a sense of proportion; avoid an overly legalistic approach.
• Willingness and ability to work part-time (3 or 4 days per week).
