Overview

Arthur Recruitment has been engaged by an Insurance company at the forefront of innovation and growth, in their search for a senior Lawyer with strong experience in the London Insurance market.

Responsibilities

• Act as a senior member of the legal function, leading on a variety of work streams. You will be involved in all legal work and act as a senior business partner to all functions within the organisation.
• Lead on the negotiation of commercial and corporate contracts, and handle Insurance law matters including wordings and contracts relating to the distribution of Insurance products.

Qualifications

• Essential: currently in, or previously in, an In-House Counsel role in the London Insurance market (e.g., Lloyd\'s, other Commercial lines insurers, or insurance brokers).
• Experience: minimum of 5 PQE, with no upper limit on experience.
