- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—such as Corporate Development, Tax, Finance, and Operations—to ensure the efficient and timely progression of strategic transactions.
- Provide legal advice on governance, compliance, and regulatory matters.
- Manage external legal counsel and coordinate legal services across jurisdictions, ensuring performance, budget adherence, and alignment with engagement terms.
- Support the resolution of claims and disputes as arising within the business and respond to internal queries as needed.
- As required, oversee legal aspects of development projects, including greenfield and brownfield developments, construction, and leasing.
- Align legal strategies with the Vivion Group’s business objectives and ensure consistency in legal practices across LGHHM and the Vivion Group.

- Willingness to diversify and contribute to a broad range of in‑house legal matters.
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Highly organised, with a disciplined approach to record‑keeping and project documentation.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure and meet demanding deadlines.
