Who we’re looking for
We’re on the hunt for a brilliant and proactive Senior Legal Counsel to join our dynamic legal team. You’ll have a hands-on role, working with teams across the company and helping us navigate the challenges of scaling a fast-moving tech business. If you’re the kind of person who loves solving problems, thrives on variety, and wants to play a key role in shaping how we work, we’d love to hear from you.
The challenge
We’re growing fast, we’re the leader in digital gift cards and we’re growing internationally. We need someone who can help us balance innovation with smart legal thinking. You’ll get to work on everything from commercial contracts to managing risk, and you’ll help us build systems and processes that scale as we grow.
Where you’ll work
This is a hybrid role where you would be expected to work from our Hove office twice a week. Our Hove office is right next to the train station where there are direct (and quiet!) trains from/to London in just over an hour. Goodbye sweaty underground commute! The rest of the time, you can work remotely or wherever you feel most productive.
The Tillo Difference
We are in the business of rewards and incentives, and we know the importance of giving back. We are committed to providing a workplace where passionate, driven individuals can thrive. We value collaboration, trust, positivity, and a willingness to learn. Only by working as a team will we reach our goals.
We’re the market leader in the UK and are active in other markets including USA, Europe, Australia and India.

Along the way, you’ll help us find clever ways to make our processes faster and smarter, including using tools like AI to work more effectively.
