All applicants must have at least 2 years of previous outbound phone-based protection sales experience and be able to provide proof of their performance.

• Starting salary GBP30,000
• Realistic OTE GBP55,000 (Uncapped bonus)

What are they looking for?

To be considered, you must have at least 2 years of phone-based life & protection sales experience. You will have worked with leads generated either from working in partnership with a mortgage adviser, via the web, or through third-party collaborations, and will be able to demonstrate that you can maximise the potential of each lead provided via a consultative sales approach.

In addition, you must be able to provide evidence of your sales figures within protection over the past 12 months, be accustomed to working remotely, and demonstrate a drive to provide each client with exceptional service.
